Refund Policy

At The Virtual Recluse, each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared with intention and care. Due to the limited, handmade, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our creations, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference. 

Damaged, Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thevrecluse@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Digital Products All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

Handmade Items

Each handmade creation is unique and may include slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or finish. These natural differences are part of the charm and character of handcrafted artwork and are not considered defects.

Original Artwork & Custom Creations

Due to the unique and personal nature of original artwork and custom-made pieces, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Custom creations are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be refunded due to a change of mind or personal preference.
