Where We Ship: We currently ship within Fiji only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Custom Orders Custom orders operate on a separate timeline. Processing and shipping timeframes for custom orders are communicated individually at the time of purchase. Please refer to your order confirmation or our direct correspondence for your specific timeline.

Domestic Shipping (Within Fiji) Standard local postage is availble. Estimated delivery times vary by location within Fiji.

Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected.

Digital Products Digital products are delivered via email or download link immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping applies.
